Why publish prices when nobody else does?

Because the alternative wastes both sides' time. Roughly a third of the calls we used to take ended with a budget mismatch that either party could have spotted in ten seconds from a price list. Publishing costs us some volume and improves every conversation that remains. If our numbers are wrong for you, we'd rather you know now.

Are these fixed prices or starting points?

Audits are genuinely fixed — the price shown is the price invoiced, and we absorb it if the work runs long. Anything marked 'from' is a floor that reflects our smallest realistic version of that engagement. Scope moves the number, and we quote a specific figure after the audit rather than a range.

Can we start smaller than an audit?

Yes. The strategy call is free and we do real work on it — we'll run your queries through the engines, look at your schema, or walk through a workflow before we speak. Plenty of those calls end with us saying the honest next step is something you can do in-house, and that's a fine outcome.

What's included in a retainer, and what's extra?

The retainer covers the scope listed on the service page, the people named at kickoff, and the reporting cadence. Genuinely new scope — a second brand, a migration, a market launch — is quoted separately before any work starts. We don't bill overage without an agreed change first.

Do you work with startups or small businesses?

Sometimes, and honestly not always well. Our floor is set by senior engineers doing the work rather than by a margin target, so a five-page site or a pre-revenue team is usually better served elsewhere. Where we can help a smaller company is a single high-value audit that leaves them with a plan to execute themselves.

How do payment terms work?

Audits are fifty percent up front and the balance on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance on net-15 terms. Project builds are milestone-based, tied to demonstrable deliverables rather than dates, so you're never paying ahead of working software.

What happens if it isn't working?

You leave. Retainers run six months minimum because meaningful movement inside a shorter window is mostly luck, then go month-to-month on thirty days' notice. Everything we build is in your repositories and your accounts from day one, so offboarding is a handover rather than a hostage negotiation.

Do you offer discounts for multiple services?

There's a genuine efficiency when services share a foundation — a technical SEO retainer alongside GEO costs less than the two separately, because the crawl and schema work serves both. We apply that where it's real and we don't invent a bundle discount to close a deal. Ask on the call and we'll tell you which combinations actually overlap.
